The National Mental Health Information Center is a component of the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Mental health statistics, mental health topics and resources are just some of the information available on this site.

This website is chock full of links, pertaining to mental health issues, including quizzes, blogs, podcasts and more. Also includes videos about certain mental health issues and subjects.

NAMI-MN Chapter
Website for the MN chapter of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). They offer support, education and advocacy for individuals with mental illness and their families.

Anxiety Disorders Association of America
Includes useful information to help you understand the different types of anxiety disorders.
